The Leadership Course
Leadership begins with seeing yourself clearly.
Most men spend years learning how to succeed without pausing to examine how they actually live. How they listen. How they react. What they avoid. The course creates an environment where those hidden patterns begin to reveal themselves.
Most men are taught:
  • How to achieve
  • How to perform
  • How to endure
Few are taught:
  • How they listen
  • How they react
  • What silently drives them
  • How their identity shapes their future

Leadership Redefined
Leadership is not what a man does. It is how he lives.
Most leadership training focuses on:
  • Strategy
  • Tactics
  • Communication
  • Productivity
  • Management
The Leadership Course begins somewhere deeper:
The way life occurs.
Before a man changes his leadership, his relationships, or his future, he must begin seeing how he listens, what he avoids, how he reacts, and what silently shapes his decisions.
"The way a man speaks reveals the future he is living into."

Most men arrive having spent years performing competence while quietly wondering why the life they built no longer feels fully alive.
What Begins to Emerge
What begins to emerge in the course?
Not as abstract ideas — but as forces actively shaping how a man lives.
Integrity
The gap between words and lived reality becomes clear.
Authenticity
Hidden masks and performances begin to surface.
Fear
What a man avoids becomes visible and speakable.
Possibility
New futures open when old patterns are seen clearly.
Through inquiry, men begin noticing what they avoid, how they react, and the future their way of being is already producing.

Breakdowns are not treated as problems alone. They become openings into awareness, responsibility, and possibility.
The Experience
This is experiential work.
Men often arrive:
Successful yet frustrated
Capable yet disconnected
Responsible yet uncertain
Outwardly accomplished yet inwardly reactive
The course creates an environment where:
  • Hidden patterns become visible
  • Deeper listening emerges
  • Fear becomes discussable
  • Relationships begin shifting
No two courses are exactly alike. What emerges is shaped not only by the curriculum, but by the men in the room and the conversations that unfold between them.
"Awareness creates choice. Choice creates possibility."
How It Works
The course unfolds over eight weekly sessions.
Each approximately 2.5 hours. The work is cumulative.
The environment combines:
  • Live inquiry
  • Honest conversation
  • Experiential exercises
  • Real-world application
As the course progresses, men begin recognizing recurring patterns, hidden assumptions, familiar reactions, and new possibilities for leadership and life.
Ideal participants are men who…
  • Are successful yet searching
  • Sense recurring patterns in their lives
  • Want more honest relationships
  • Are willing to examine themselves honestly
What Makes It Different
The course does not offer formulas or strategies.
It creates conversations where men begin to see themselves differently.
Not through:
  • Advice
  • Performance hacks
  • Self-help scripts
But through:
  • Inquiry
  • Language
  • Listening
  • Real human engagement
The course is not about becoming someone else. It is about becoming more conscious of how you are already living.
Seeing clearly often requires confronting what a man has spent years avoiding.
"Leadership is not what you do. It is who you are being in the matter."
About the Facilitator
Facilitated by Stu Faigen
For more than 30 years, Stu Faigen has been creating the conditions for a particular kind of conversation — one where men begin hearing themselves differently, and seeing what they could not see before.
The work is not instructional. It is relational. What changes is not what a man knows, but how he inhabits what he already is.
How they live
Noticing the patterns that quietly shape daily life
How they listen
Hearing what is present beneath the surface of a conversation
How they create their future
Seeing how today’s way of being is already opening tomorrow
Sometimes what changes first is not circumstance.
It is the way a man begins inhabiting his life.
From that shift — relationships change.
Leadership changes.
The future itself begins to change.
Not because circumstances improved.
Because the man did.
A man cannot lead a life he does not fully see.
The Leadership Course is an invitation to inhabit your life more fully — and to lead from that place.
See More Clearly
Notice the patterns shaping your life
Live More Consciously
Move from reaction into presence
Relate More Honestly
Meet others with greater authenticity
Create Your Future
Lead from awareness, not habit
You do not need to arrive with certainty. Only a willingness to look honestly.
